Aqms strongly believes that the application of scientific methods are extremely necessary for operation to be efficient, and cost effective.We support in application of globally recognised methodologies like Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, Maynard Operation Sequence Technique (MOST), work content analysis, Six Sigma, and TQM principles (e.g. daily Work Management, standardisation, QC Story, QC Circle, etc.).
