AQMS Approach for TPM Implementation

• Follows a 12-step methodology for complete implementation

• Development of initial implementation program on selected Manager Model Machine/ Area (MMM/MMA)

• Improving the MMM/MMA and kick-off for company wide TPM implementation

• Policy Deployment and implementation of Key Management Index (KMI) through KPI and KAIs

• Development of overall master plan and pillar wise master plan

• Regular support, review, multiple trainings, and handholding to implement TPM inline with JIPM guidelines.

• Support in application filing, activity report preparation and final assessment by JIPM for TPM Award
